以反思为途径的高职教师专业化发展研究

摘要
针对教师作为反思性教学的实践者,需要在研究自身经验和改进教育教学行为的过程中实现专业发展的状况,结合高职院校30名教师专业化发展的调研情况,提出了以行动研究为理论,结合反思性教学实践的教师专业发展途径,以期为高职教师的专业发展提供借鉴.
Abstract
As practitioners of reflective teaching, teachers need to realize their professional development in the process of studying their own teaching experience and improving their teaching behavior. Based on the research of 30 college teachers' professional development and action research theory, this paper puts forward the approaches for teachers' professional development combined with the practice of reflective teaching so as to provide reference for professional development of college teachers.
