高校绩效工资改革中存在的问题及其对策研究

摘要
从绩效工资总量核定、绩效考核体系、绩效工资分配制度方案、高校岗位设置等四个方面分析高校绩效工资实施过程中存在的不足,并就进一步优化高校绩效工资制度提出了意见和建议,以期望有助于高校绩效工资分配制度的进一步完善.
Abstract
This paper, from four aspects of performance salary quota, performance appraisal system, performance salary distribution system plan and college post setting, analyzes the shortcomings in the implementation process of college performance salary and puts forward opinions and suggestions on further optimizing college performance pay system, in hope of improving performance salary distribution system in colleges and universities.
