摘要
在阐明高校餐饮供应链管理的对象与内容的基础上,对当前高校餐饮供应链管理中存在的问题进行分析,并基于实践的角度,提出改进建议,促进高校餐饮供应链管理的流程再造和模式创新.
Abstract
Based on the innovation strategy of national supply chain and the current situation of college catering management, this paper analyzes the characteristics and problems of college catering supply chain, and gives the solution to the problems of college catering supply chain.
