摘要
针对新时代高等学校发展的态势,探讨了粗放型的传统纸质档案管理存在的问题,指出了高职院校应该积极应对新形势,适应新变化,以大数据和人工智能发展的效用为载体,推动档案管理走向电子化和数字化的道路.
Abstract
According to the development trend of colleges and universities in the new era, this paper discusses the problems existing in the extensive traditional paper file management, and points out that higher vocational colleges should actively respond to the new situation, adapt to new changes, and use big data and artificial intelligence development as the carrier, to push the file management onto the way of electronization and digitization.
