Research on Satisfaction Evaluation of Sanatoriums Based on Multi-Index Comprehensive Decision-Making Method with Interval Grey Numbers——A Case Study of Six Sanatoriums in Province J
To address the multi-dimensionality of indicators and the challenges in providing specific evalu-ation values in sanatorium evaluations, this study employs a clustering evaluation model with whitening weight functions for interval grey numbers to analyze the evaluation results of indexes represented as inter-val grey numbers.Taking the differences between evaluation indexes as the basic unit of differential metrics, the entropy weight method is adopted to determine the weight coefficient of both the objects and indexes.A novel multi-index grey comprehensive evaluation model is also developed to comprehensively evaluate the satisfaction of six typical sanatoriums in Province J in terms of charges, physical examinations,catering,hy-drotherapy,guest-room quality, ward conditions, environment, and soft culture. The aim is to identify the strengths and weaknesses in the service management of sanatoriums in Province J,while proposing corre-sponding countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of sanatoriums.
