A profound understanding of the intrinsic value structure embedded within the holistic ap-proach to national security is essential for systematically mastering its scientific connotations,theoretical im-plications,and future trends.At the level of value subjects,the holistic approach to national security adheres to the absolute leadership of the Communist Party of China,relies on the people for joint contribution and shared benefits,and elevates human security above material security.In terms of value stance,it upholds the principle of people's safety,prioritizes people-first over capital-first,and seeks common security through the lens of a global community with shared future.Regarding the value pillars,it coordinates development and security along one central thread,establishes a super-stable structure based on five major elements,devel-ops an open system named"1+20+N",updates the"big security"concept,and shapes its foundational framework through maintaining the"five balances"and"ten principles to adhere to".By exploring the value structure of the holistic approach to national security from multiple angles,we can deepen our understanding of its value texture,theoretical form,and functional breadth.
