温室大棚温湿度模糊控制系统及 PLC 程序设计

温室大棚环境系统是一个具有非线性、时变和大惯性等特点的复杂系统,难以建立精确的数学模型进行控制。为此,以显著影响温室作物生长的温湿度为研究对象,构建了一个温湿度模糊控制系统方案,应用模糊控制系统理论设计了温湿度模糊控制器,编写了模糊控制算法的 PLC 程序,并对温湿度的模糊控制效果进行了实际观测。系统运行结果表明:当温湿度值设定为22℃和70%RH时,控制过程平稳、超调量小、运行稳定,能够满足温室作物对生长环境的要求。
Design on Fuzzy Control System of Temperature and Humidityfor Greenhouse and PLC Program
The greenhouse environmental system is a non-linear, time-varying, big-inertia synthetic system .It is diffi-cult to establish precise mathematic model for controlling .So This research chooses temperature and humidity which are the most significant impact to the crops growing as the object of study , constructs a fuzzy control system of temperature and humidity , designs fuzzy controller of temperature and humidity according to fuzzy control theory , programs PLC ( Pro-grammable Logic Controller ) program of fuzzy control algorithm , and observes the control effect of temperature and hu-midity.The running result of system shows that when the temperature and humidity settings were 22℃and 70%RH, the control process was relatively stable , temperature and humidity changed in a smaller overshot , the running of system was steady , and the system could provide the best environment for crop growth .
