可充电、一体式粮食含水率检测仪的设计

含水率是评价粮食品质和选取加工工艺条件的一个重要指标。为了给粮食含水率的检测提供一种廉价、便捷的检测仪,以AT89 S52单片机为控制器、DS18 B20为温度传感器、平行极板式电容器为含水率传感器及LCD1602为显示器设计了一种可充电、一体式的粮食含水率检测仪。以小麦为对象,基于建立的粮食电容、温度和含水率三者之间的关系模型,以Keil C语言开发了检测仪的软件,以JAVA语言设计了能够接收并显示测量数据的上位机监控软件。
Design of Rechargeable and Integrated Grain Water Content Meter
Detecting grain’ s moisture is of great significance for grain resources’ efficient utilization.In the grain consu-ming market, grain products’ quality and processing condition are both influenced by moisture content, which is a main assessment criteria and also an important factor.So, in order to detect moisture content conveniently and in low cost, the moisture content meter which was rechargeable and integrated was designed with AT89 S52 single-chip microcomputer as the controller, two-parallel plate as the capacitance sensor and DS18B20 as the digital temperature sensor to detect ca-pacitance and temperature of the grain.Meanwhile, based on the established model describing relationship between grain ’s moisture content and capacitance as well as temperature , moisture content of grain could be well measured with the assistance of the lower computer software system developed by Keil C language for controlling SCM ( Single Chip Mi-cyoco) procedure, the PC monitor software programmed by JAVA language to receive and display test data from the lower computer in real-time.
