设施蔬菜自动调平移栽平台设计与试验

针对当前人工移栽成本高、移栽装备适应能力差及自动化程度不高等问题,设计了一种能够自动调平的蔬菜移栽平台.首先,完成了整机的方案设计和关键零部件的结构设计;其次,设计了自动调平控制系统,可保证其能够在不平地块完成移栽作业;最后,对移栽平台进行了物理样机加工装配以及试验验证.试验结果表明:在 3 种不同的移动速度下,平台直线行走的偏移量在 0.2cm 左右,上坡成功率为 88.9%,单侧垄上调平后的误差在 2°范围内,完成时间约为 9.1s,不同栽植速度下移栽作业的株距范围为 16~36cm,平均栽植深度为 6cm,移栽成功率约为 94.1%,验证了平台设计的可行性和功能性.
Design and Experiment of Automatic Transplanting Platform for Greenhouse Vegetables Based on Remote Control
Aiming at the problems of high cost of manual transplanting,poor adaptability of transplanting equipment and low degree of automation,a vegetable transplanting platform capable of automatic leveling was designed.Firstly,the scheme design of the whole machine and the structural design of key components are completed.Secondly,an automatic leveling control system is designed to ensure that it can complete the transplanting operation in uneven plots.Finally,the physical prototype processing and assembly and experimental verification of the transplanting platform were carried out.The results show that under three different moving speeds,the offset of the platform walking in a straight line is about 0.2cm,the success rate of uphill is 88.9%,the error of single-side ridge leveling is within 2°,and the completion time is about 9.1s.Under different planting speeds,the plant spacing range of transplanting operation is 16~36cm,the average planting depth is 6cm,and the success rate of transplanting is about 94.1%,which verifies the feasibility and functionality of the platform design.
