摘要
以采摘机器人为研究对象,采用 AR 技术,以 S3C2440 微处理器为核心,以实时显示采摘机器人作业状态为目的,设计了一套采摘机器人数字化显示系统.系统利用 AR 技术对采摘动作控制参数进行模拟仿真,通过AR 眼镜确定参数无误后驱动采摘机械臂进行采摘,大幅提高了果蔬采摘成功率,并基于 QT 开发了显示界面,能够实时显示采摘机器人仿真过程和采摘过程.
Abstract
Taking the picking robot as the research object,it adopts AR technology,takes S3C2440 microprocessor as the core,and aims to display the working status of the picking robot in real time,designs and studies a set of digital dis-play system of the picking robot.The system uses AR technology to simulate the picking action control parameters,and drives the picking manipulator to pick after confirming the parameters are correct through AR glasses,which greatly im-proves the success rate of fruit and vegetable picking.Based on QT,it developed a display interface,which can display the picking robot simulation process and picking process in real time.
