Design and Research of Effective Working Area Monitoring System for Residual Film Recycling Machine
In order to facilitate the accurate operation charge and subsidy of residual film recovery in Xinjiang cotton field,this study designed an effective operation area monitoring system for residual film recovery machine.Through the simulation test,the latitude and longitude data of the residual film recycling machine before and after the noise reduction of the lock-in amplifier are compared,and it is concluded that the lock-in filter has better anti-interference performance for the noise environment.Then,the Gauss projection forward calculation method is used to transform the latitude and longitude data into plane coordinates after noise reduction.It is concluded that the relative error of Gauss projection in 1.5° band is 0.01%lower than that in 3° band.At the same time,the Kalman filter algorithm and the composition angle method are used to screen the effective operation trajectory,and the buffer method is used to calculate the repeated opera-tion area.Finally,the trajectory algorithm is used to accurately obtain the effective operation area of the residual film re-cycling machine.It is concluded that the effective operation area monitoring system of the residual film recycling machine designed in this study has a relative error of 2.6%for large farmland measurement and 3.3%for small farmland measure-ment.The results show that the effective working area monitoring system of residual film recycling machine designed in this study can accurately calculate the effective working area of residual film recycling machine,which provides a theoret-ical basis for the quality evaluation of residual film recycling machine.
