履带式王草收获机驱动系统设计

王草是优质的多年生饲草作物,在我国南方地区广泛种植,具有直立簇生的特征,机械化平茬收获难度大.为此,基于王草机械化收获的技术要求,提出了一种驱动系统技术方案,介绍了其结构组成和工作原理,设计研制了驱动系统.经过理论分析与计算,完成了驱动系统的主要参数匹配,并实现了驱动系统的样机搭载.性能试验表明:样机最高行驶速度可达9.13 km/h,能够在低速挡位内无级变速,直行偏驶率为4.115%,达到了王草机械化收获的作业要求.
Design of Drive System for Crawler King Grass Harvester
King grass is a high-quality perennial forage crop,which is widely planted in southern China.It has the char-acteristics of vertical cluster,and it is difficult to harvest by mechanized flat stubble.In this paper,based on the technical requirements of mechanized harvesting of king grass,a technical scheme of drive system was proposed.Its structure and working principle were introduced,and the drive system was designed and developed.Through theoretical analysis and calculation,the main parameters of the drive system were matched.And the drive system was equipped with the proto-type.The performance test showed that the maximum driving speed of the prototype can reach 9.13 km/h,it can continu-ously change speed in low-speed gear,and the straight deviation rate was 4.115%,which met the operation requirements of mechanized harvesting of king grass.
