疏花可以调整果树负载量,是影响果树产量和质量的重要因素.为研究机械疏花效果及其影响因素,采用自主研发的柔性条式疏花机执行装置对桃花进行试验,选取橡胶和尼龙两种材料的疏花条,以疏花条轴向间距、疏花条列数、主轴转速、工作模式为试验因素,以疏花指数来评价疏花效果,并优化了装置的工作参数.结果表明:若采用尼龙疏花,疏花轴转速为400r/min、疏花条列数为4、工作模式为冠内垂直、疏花条轴向间距为5 cm时效果最优;若采用胶条疏花,疏花轴转速为450 r/min、疏花条列数为4、工作模式为冠外平行、疏花条轴向间距为4 cm时效果最优.经试验验证,设计满足疏花的工作要求,为柔性条式疏花机的研发提供了理论依据.
Experimental Study on Flexible Strip Flower Thinning Actuator
Flower thinning can adjust the load of fruit trees and is an important factor affecting the yield and quality of fruit trees.To study the effect of mechanical flower thinning and its influencing factors,the independently developed flexible strip flower thinning machine was used to test peach flowers.The flower thinning strips made of rubber and nylon were se-lected.The effect of flower thinning was evaluated by the flower thinning index with the axial spacing of flower thinning strips,therows of flower thinning strips,spindle speed,and working mode as the test factors,and the working parameters of the device were optimized.The results showed that when nylon was used for flower thinning,the speed of the flower thinning shaft was 400 r/min,the number of flower thinning rows was 4,the working mode was vertical in the crown,and the axial spacing of flower thinning strips was 5 cm;When the rubber strip was used for flower thinning,the speed of flow-er thinning shaft was 450r/min,the number of flower thinning rows was 4,the working mode was parallel outside the crown,and the axial spacing of flower thinning strips was 4cm.The experiment showed that the design meets the require-ments of flower thinning and provides a theoretical basis for the research and development of flexible strip flower thinning machines.
