Design and Research on Water Fertilizer Integrated Machine Based on Numerical Analysis Method
In order to further improve the intelligence and digital operation of the water fertilizer integrated machine,the numerical analysis method was selected as the leading application mechanism,and the design research was carried out ac-cording to the precision requirements of the irrigation and application of the machine.Fully considered the application characteristics and structure composition of the water fertilizer integrated machine,and combined the parameter fusion re-lationship of the water and fertilizer,established the state equation model for the accurate control operation of the water fertilizer integrated machine,designed the software control module with the numerical analysis processing function as the core,built the hardware implementation platform for synchronous action implementation,and carried out the multi crop ir-rigation operation test.The results showed that the water fertilizer integrated machine system architecture based on the ap-plication of numerical analysis method was reasonably designed,the numerical analysis algorithm was effectively integrat-ed,the numerical calculation accuracy of the whole machine test could reach more than 98.00%,the water fertilizer mix-ing was uniform and accurate,the overall pipeline irrigation was smooth,the accuracy of the irrigation instructions could reach more than 99.00%,and the whole machine irrigation efficiency was high,which fully verified the correctness and superiority of the application of numerical analysis method.It had an important promoting effect on the depth optimization design of water fertilizer integrated machine,then would be an important reference to promote the multi-dimensional inte-gration of similar agricultural machinery and equipment with higher mathematics,which would be with very strong research value.
