聚脲涂层材料对农用拖拉机力学性能的影响规律

农用拖拉机在田间作业中经常受到严重的腐蚀影响,而聚脲涂层被广泛应用于农业机械的防腐保护中。为此,以农用拖拉机为研究对象,选取聚脲涂层厚度、纳米增强剂含量和抗腐蚀剂含量为影响因素,以抗拉强度和断面收缩率为评价指标开展三因素五水平正交试验,运用Design-Expert对数据完成方差分析和显著性检验,得到回归方程和响应曲面图,并通过分析各因素之间的交互作用及变化规律,明确聚脲涂层对农用拖拉机力学性能的影响机理,进一步探明最佳聚脲涂层参数组合。研究结果表明:当聚脲涂层厚度为0。4 mm、纳米增强剂含量为1。5%、抗腐蚀剂含量为15%时,聚脲涂层对农用拖拉机力学性能最好,满足生产要求。
Influence Law of Polyurea Coating Material on the Mechanical Properties of Agricultural Tractors
Agricultural tractors are often affected by severe corrosion in field operations,and polyurea coatings are widely used in the anti-corrosion protection of agricultural machinery.In this study,polyurea coating thickness,nano-reinforcer content and anti-corrosion agent content are selected as the influencing factors,and tensile strength and section shrinkage are used as evaluation indexes to carry out three-factor three-level orthogonal test.By analyzing the interaction and varia-tion law among the factors,the mechanism of polyurea coating on the mechanical properties of agricultural tractors was clarified,and the best combination of polyurea coating parameters was further explored:when the thickness of polyurea coating was 0.4 mm,the content of nano-reinforcer was 1.5%and the content of anti-corrosion agent was 15%,the me-chanical properties of polyurea coating on agricultural tractors were the best and met the production requirements.
