Lightweight Design of Electric Tractor Chassis
This paper discusses the methods and technologies of electric tractor chassis lightweight design,based on the importance of chassis lightweighting,discusses the specific methods of chassis lightweighting,including material selection,structure optimization,process improvement and other aspects.For the working characteristics of the electric tractor,spe-cific measures suitable for its chassis lightweighting are proposed,including the use of high-strength and lightweight mate-rials,reduction of welding points,optimization of the bridge seat structure,etc.Finally,the effect of the lightweight de-sign is verified by numerical simulation and experiment,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.The research results are of great significance for improving the performance of electric tractors and energy saving and emission reduction.
