Design of Electrical Fault Diagnosis System for Tractors Based on Lab VIEW
This study designs a LabVIEW-based tractor electrical fault diagnosis system.The system adopts a modular de-sign,which can automatically detect and diagnose electrical faults of tractors and provide visualized fault diagnosis results.The system consists of data acquisition module,signal processing module,fault diagnosis module and user interface mod-ule.The data acquisition module is responsible for collecting the electrical parameter data of each tractor component,the signal processing module processes and analyzes the collected data,the fault diagnosis module determines whether the tractor is faulty by analyzing the processed data and gives the corresponding diagnosis results,and the user interface module provides a friendly interactive interface so that users can use the system conveniently.After experimental verifica-tion,the system can accurately diagnose the electrical fault of the tractor,with good application prospects and promotion value.
