Design and Test of 3WF-1300 Suspended Spray Bar Spray
At present,the field spray in China is still dominated by small and medium-sized machines and tools,with relatively low technical content and poorreliability.There are problems such as droplet drift,uneven spraying and low ef-fective utilization rate of pesticides in the application process.Based on the analysis of the working principle of the sus-pended spray,an efficient and safe 3WF-1300 suspended spray bar spray was designed and developed.The matching power of the sprayer was 88.2-117.6 kW,the medicine box capacity was 1 300 L,and the spray range was 18 m.The sprayer can be hydraulically controlled to fold,unfold,and lift the spray bar,effectively reducing the difficulty of the driver's manipulation,achieving comfortable,accurate,and efficient operation,improving the effective utilization rate of pesticides,reducing pesticide application,and reducing environmental pollution,greatly protecting the health of opera-tors.The prototype was tested in the field,and the results showed that the structural parameters of the spray were de-signed reasonably,the folding,unfolding and lifting process of the spray bar was smooth,there was no jam,the spray was uniform,and the operation efficiency was high,which met the requirements of the design indicators.In the field ex-periment,the coefficient of variation of spray distribution along the spray bar was 5.3%.The test results were superior to the national standards.
