Mechanical Damage of Multistage Conveying Device of Potato Harvester
In view of the problems of high rate of damaged tubers and low rate of soil separation and sieving in the tradi-tional potato harvester.Through the analysis of the movement of the first stage potato conveying device,the coupling mechanism of potato-soil separation and the impact damage of potato in the process of operation.The factors of the first-stage conveyor belt inclination,running speed,amplitude and vibration frequency were determined,and the screening ef-ficiency and the rate of damaged potato were taken as the test indexes.Based on the results of orthogonal test,the mathe-matical model was established and the parameters were optimized,it was determined that the efficiency of potato-soil sep-aration was increased by 5.859%compared with the traditional operation method when the belt inclination was 24°,the speed of lifting belt was 1.4 m/s,the amplitude was 27 mm and the vibration frequency was 5.9 Hz,the rate of potato injury decreased by 3.738%,which could better meet the requirements of actual potato harvest.In order to solve the contradiction between the efficiency of potato machine mining and that of manual picking,the hydraulic system of potato lifting and loading truck was designed.The results showed that the hydraulic one-way flow limiting valve installed in the hydraulic circuit of the two-stage conveying device maked the flow and pressure in the oil circuit tend to be stable and ef-fectively improved the system stability.It can provide a theoretical basis for the development of large-scale potato combine harvester.
