摘要
通过基于三维艺术的旋耕机产品设计,探究如何优化农业机械的设计和生产.首先,分析了三维艺术特点,以及将其应用在旋耕机产品设计的优势;接着,介绍了旋耕机核心零部件结构的设计,并基于三维艺术完成了旋耕机的 3D外观模型设计.基于SolidWorks的旋耕机动力学仿真结果表明:传动齿轮接触力和刀辊反作用力满足设计需求,整个机器稳定性良好.
Abstract
Aims to explore how to optimize the design and production of agricultural machinery through the design of rota-ry tiller products based on 3D art.It firstly analyzed the characteristics of 3D art and its advantages in applying it to the design of rotary tiller products.Then,it introduced the design of the core component structure of the rotary tiller,and de-signed the 3D appearance model of the rotary tiller based on 3D art.It showed that the contact force of the transmission gear and the reaction force of the cutter roller meet the design requirements from the dynamic simulation results of a rotary tiller based on SolidWorks,which proved the good stability of the entire machine.
