大喂入量履带式联合收获机载荷测试系统构建与分析

为了给大喂入量联合收获机传动系统的设计和动力分配提供科学合理的依据,需要得到主要工作部件在不同工况下的工作载荷。为此,以沃得公司的巨龙 360 型履带式联合收获机为样机(发动机额定功率 128。5 kW、喂入量≥10 kg/s),并根据样机的结构特点设计了履带式联合收获机载荷测试系统。同时,在田间试验时测得了主要工作部件的载荷信号,旨在为大喂入量履带式联合收获机的传动系统设计及动力分配提供数据支持。
Construction and Analysis of Load Testing System for Large Feed Rate Tracked Combine Harvester
In order to provide a scientific and reasonable design basis for the transmission system design and power distri-bution of a large feed rate combine harvester,it is necessary to obtain the working loads of the main working components under different working conditions.This article taked the Julong 360 tracked combine harvester from Ward Company as a prototype(with a rated engine power of 128.5 kW and a feed rate of≥10 kg/s),and designed a load testing system for the tracked combine harvester based on the structural characteristics of the prototype.The load signals of the main working components were measured during field experiments,providing data support for the design of the transmission system and power distribution of the large feed rate tracked combine harvester.
