新疆果园绿肥粉碎打捆一体机的设计与试验

我国果园绿肥种植面积广、种类多,绿肥改良土壤理化性质及有机质含量效果显著。根据新疆果园土地土壤性质及果园特有种植模式,为解决果园绿肥集条后成捆会因频繁搅动表土导致表土水分散失、粉碎打捆单独作业工序复杂和能耗高等问题,设计出适用于新疆果园绿肥的粉碎打捆机,可实现对果园绿肥直接粉碎成捆,有效避免频繁搅动表土,减少水分散失,成捆后方便运输、便于储存,可作青饲料,可异地施用等。对样机悬挂架进行Ansys有限元分析且对粉碎刀辊进行模态分析,结果表明:选材合理,满足使用要求。样机田间试验结果表明:当拖拉机前进速度为 1。2m/s、碎草刀辊转速为 1 000 r/min、粉碎刀离地间隙为 100 mm 时,绿肥粉碎长度合格率平均值为 90。2%、草捆密度平均值为454。8 kg/m3,满足果园绿肥成捆利用需求。
Design and Experiment of Green Manure Crushing and Baling Machine in Xinjiang Orchard
Green manure has a wide planting area and many kinds in orchards.Green manure has a significant effect on soil physicochemical properties and organic matter content.According to the soil properties of orchards in Xinjiang and the unique planting mode of orchards,in order to solve the problems of frequent agitation of the topsoil after the green fertilizer collection in orchards will lead to the water loss of the topsoil,and the separate operation process of crushing and baling is complicated and the energy consumption is high.Specially designed for Xinjiang orchard green manure crushing and ba-ling machine,the machine can realize the orchard green fertilizer directly crushing into bundles,can effectively avoid fre-quent agitation of topsoil,reduce water loss,baling after convenient transportation,convenient storage,can be used as green feed,can be applied in different locations,etc.The Ansys finite element analysis of the prototype suspension frame and the modal analysis of the grinding cutter roll were carried out.The results showed that the material selection was rea-sonable and met the use requirements.The results of the prototype field test showed that when the tractor's forward speed was 1.2 m/s,the cutter roller's speed was 1 000 r/min,and the cutter's ground clearance was 100 mm,the average qualified rate of green fertilizer crushing length was 90.2%,and the average straw bale density was 454.8 kg/m3,which met the requirements of orchard green fertilizer baling utilization.
