摘要

玉米免耕播种机在作业时会产生振动,影响播种机的工作效率和生产质量,故对其振动特性进行分析和优化非常重要.为此,对玉米免耕播种机振动特性进行了分析与优化.首先,通过试验测试和有限元模拟确定了播种机的振动特性,包括自然频率、振型等;然后,针对振动特性中存在的问题,采用了多种优化方法(如结构优化、材料优化等),以改善播种机的振动性能;最后,通过试验和仿真模拟验证了优化后的播种机性能.研究结果表明:通过优化设计,可以有效地降低播种机的振动幅值,提高工作效率和生产质量.

Abstract

Corn no-till seeders generate vibrations during operation,which can affect the efficiency and production quality of the seeder.Therefore,it is important to analyze and optimize its vibration characteristics.Firstly,the vibration charac-teristics of the planter,including natural frequency and vibration pattern,were determined through experimental tests and finite element simulations.Then,various optimization methods,such as structure optimization and material optimization,were used to improve the vibration performance of the planter for the problems in the vibration characteristics.Finally,the performance improvement of the optimized seeder was verified by experimental validation and simulation.The research re-sults showed that the optimized design can effectively reduce the vibration amplitude of the planter and improve the effi-ciency and production quality of the planter.
