大蒜收获机设计与试验研究

针对大蒜收获过程中蒜农劳动强度大、收获效率低、蒜茎未被收获等问题,设计了一种大蒜收获机,阐述了其主要结构与工作原理,并对挖掘输送装置和蒜茎切割装置等关键部件进行了研究。以前进速度、入土角和切割速度为试验因素,以大蒜挖出率和收集蒜茎率为试验指标,进行响应面试验设计及其参数优化,完成大蒜和蒜茎收获试验。结果表明:当前进速度 0。25 m/s、入土角 15°、切割速度 0。3 m/s时,大蒜挖出率为 94。2%,收集蒜茎率为 92。4%。研究结果可为大蒜收获机的研发提供设计依据。
Garlic Harvester Design and Experimental Study
Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity,low harvesting efficiency,and unharvested garlic stems in the garlic harvesting process,a garlic harvester was designed,and its main structure and working principle were expounded.Key components such as excavation conveyors and garlic stem cutting devices were further studied.Taking the forward speed,soil angle and cutting speed as the test factors,and the garlic excavation rate and garlic stem collection rate as the test indicators,the response surface test design and its parameter optimization were carried out,and the garlic and garlic stem harvesting test was completed.The results showed that the current inlet speed was 0.25 m/s,the soil entry angle was 15°,and the cutting speed was 0.3 m/s,and the garlic excavation rate was 94.2%,and the garlic stem collection rate was 92.4%.The research results can provide a design basis for the research and development of garlic harvester.
