Design of Injection Mold for Tractor Intake Pipe Based on CAE
Taking the injection mold for the tractor intake pipe as the research object,it explores the design method of the injection mold for the tractor intake pipe based on CAE technology.Firstly,it conducted an in-depth analysis on the structure and processability of the tractor intake pipe plastic parts.Then,it introduced the auxiliary design function of CAE technology in the tractor intake pipe plastic parts in detail.Finally,it achieved greatly improving the molding effect and production efficiency of the mold by the design of the tractor intake pipe injection mold from the aspects of mold pou-ring system,ejection mechanism,cooling system,mold frame structure,and mold structure,which avoided trial and error and repetitive design during the design process saves time and costs.
