基于分层控制系统的农用拖拉机减振系统研究

为了解决拖拉机在高速运输作业时受路面不平度影响易产生剧烈颠簸振动的问题,提高拖拉机操纵稳定性和行驶平顺性,以拖拉机悬架减振为研究目标,提出一种基于分层控制系统的农用拖拉机减振系统。系统采用了多级减振结构,将整个减振控制过程分为了3 个层次,即传感器层、控制层和执行层,实现了数据采集、信号处理、控制指令生成和执行等功能。最后,通过仿真模拟进行试验验证,结果表明:系统可以显著降低农用拖拉机的振动,分层算法的控制性能优于常规PID控制,可为提高拖拉机行驶的稳定性和舒适性提供技术参考和理论借鉴,具有较好的应用前景。
Research on Vibration Reduction System of Agricultural Tractor Based on Hierarchical Control System
In order to solve the tractor in high-speed transport operations by the unevenness of the road,prone to violent bumps and vibrations and other problems,improve the tractor handling stability and smoothness of driving,this paper is the front axle active suspension damping as the research goal,proposed a layered control system based on agricultural trac-tor damping system research,the system uses a multi-stage damping structure,the whole damping control process is di-vided into three levels.The system adopts a multi-stage damping structure and divides the whole damping control process into three layers:sensor layer,control layer and execution layer,which realize the functions of data acquisition,signal processing,control command generation and execution.Finally,through simulation and experimental verification,the re-sults show that the system can significantly reduce the vibration of agricultural tractors,and the control performance of the layered algorithm is better than conventional PID control.The research results provide technical reference and theoretical reference for improving the stability and comfort of driving,and have good application prospects.
