以提升大学生国防素养为导向,建"三环"、通"三链",打造"三环三链"大学生国防教育模式,是加强和改进新时代高校国防教育的可行路径.将国防课程教学作为高校国防教育的主渠道,将国防实践活动作为高校国防教育的主战场,将国防宣传教育作为高校国防教育的主窗口.开发丰富、多样、互补的国防教育"资源链",驱动"课程环"建设;激活军地校协作、师生紧密配合、校内校外联动的国防教育"协同链",保障"实践环"建设;畅通多维宣传模块、多元宣传载体、多种技术支撑的国防教育"信息链",赋能"宣传环"建设.
Oriented from university students'national defense literacy improvement,it is necessary to construct"Three Rings"and to connect"Three Chains".This"Three Rings and Three Chains"mode is an effective way to promote a high-quality de-velopment of the new era's university national defense education.It is necessary to implement the main channel role of national defense education curricula,the main battlefield role of military practice,and the main window role of national defense propagan-da.Relevant work also requires to construct and strengthen the"Resource Chain",to activate the"Coordination Chain",and to expedite the"Information Chain".The"Resource Chain"drives the"Curriculum Ring"construction,the"Coordination Chain"guarantees the"Practice Ring"construction,and finally,the"Information Chain"empowers the"Propaganda Ring"construc-tion.Together,they solve current problems in university national defense education,and comprehensively improve university students'national defense literacy and national security cognition.
