System Optimization,Institution Innovation and Implementation Exploration for a High-quality Defense Mobilization in the New Era—Summary to the Second Symposium on National Defense Mobilization and Military Sociology
The Second Symposium on National Defense Mobilization and Military Sociology was successfully held in Yingtan,Jiangxi Province,from October 24th to 26th,2024.Over 200 nationwide experts and scholars attended the Symposium,all from military and civilian institutions,defense mobilization organizations,and relevant enterprises.Representatives made in-depth discussions concerning critical topics in the new era,including the functions and operational mechanisms of defense mobilization,practical approaches to military-civil integration,intelligent mobilization system development,as well as the relationship be-tween defense mobilization and social governance.Valuable academic achievements were made,centering on strategies for high-quality defense mobilization development,top-level design and system construction,personnel mobilization mechanism innova-tion,and regional implementation experiences.Experts reached a consensus that it had great significance to innovatively develop a modern defense mobilization system with Chinese characteristics with regards to strengthening national security capabilities and enhancing social governance.This Symposium established itself as a national academic exchange platform for both theoretical re-search and practical exploration of national defense mobilization.The symposium's outcomes provided significant insights for ad-vancing a high-quality development of defense mobilization systems in the new era.
