Current Development Status,Influencing Factors and Promotion Path of University Teachers'Work Resources from the Perspective of"Double First-Class University"Construction—Empirical Analysis Based on Mixed Methodology
Under the background of"Double First-class University"construction,work resources are a key dimension affecting teachers'quality improvement and professional development,which vitally determines the success or failure of universities'high-quality development.Combined with the job requirement-resource theory,this paper takes one"Double First-class"univer-sity in Nanjing as an example,and adopts a mixed research method to reveal the development status,influencing factors and real-istic difficulties of university teachers'work resources.The analysis reveals that university teachers'overall working resources are above the average level,but the supportability resources are significantly lower than the growth resources.Age,graduation u-niversity and professional titles are the main factors affecting their working resources.In terms of practical difficulties,university teachers are still faced with such problems as lack of career development opportunities,unbalanced allocation of research re-sources and inadequate living supportability.From the perspective of improvement paths,universities should focus on the devel-opmental evaluation system construction,vigorously improve the allocation mechanism of research resources.It is also necessary to constantly improve teachers'welfare guarantee,to implement refined incentive policies,and continuously improve their work-ing resources.
