四冲程自由活塞发电机设计方法

为研制四冲程自由活塞发电机原理样机,提出了基于能量流动分析的设计方法。在分析四冲程自由活塞发电机结构组成和工作原理的基础上,建立了自由活塞往复运动的能量平衡方程。根据发电机各个冲程的能量流动特点,确定了系统主要结构参数的设计方法和直线发电机负载电流的匹配方法。完成一台缸径62 mm原理样机的设计与研制,并进行了样机实验与动态特性测试。样机的连续稳定运行验证了设计方法的正确性。
Design method of four-stroke free-piston generator
To successfully create a four-stroke free-piston generator prototype,parameter design methods based on the analysis of the cycle energy flow are proposed here.The structure and working principle of the generoator is discussed and the energy balance equations of free-piston reciprocating motion are derived.According to the energy flow characteristics of each stroke,design methods and load matching formulas are obtained.An generator prototype with the 62 mm cylinder diameter is designed and manufactured.Experiment researches are carried out and dynamic characteristics are tested by using the generator prototype.The proposed design methods are verified by the continuous and stable operation of the generator prototype.
