摘要

为分析轴向预制破片战斗部的飞散特性,利用LS-DYNA软件模拟轴向预制破片战斗部中心单点起爆方式和多点起爆方式下破片速度及飞散角特征参数并进行试验验证,得到了中心单点起爆和多点起爆方式对破片速度及飞散角特征参数的影响规律.研究表明:相较于中心单点起爆方式,多点起爆方式可以提升轴向预制破片速度,且随着起爆点数增加,破片速度先增加后趋于稳定,起爆点数从 2 点增加到 6 点,破片初速提升了 21.1%,当起爆点数继续增加,则破片速度不再增益,而起爆点数对飞散角影响较小.

Abstract

To analyze the dispersion characteristics of axial prefabricated fragment warhead,the fragment velocity and scattering angle under single-point initiation in center of the warhead and multi-point initiation were simulated by LS-DYNA software,and experimental verification was carried out.Obtained the influence laws of the characteristic parameters of fragment velocity and scattering angle under single-point initiation in the center of the warhead and the multi-point initiation.The result shows that:compared with the single-point initiation,multi-point initiation can improve the velocity of fragment,when initiation points increases,the fragment velocity keeps increasing in the first place,then tends to be stabilized.When the initiation points increase from 2 to 6,the fragment velocity increased by 21.1% .As the initiation point continues to increase,the velocity does not increase,the number of initiation points has little effect on the scattering angle.
