摘要

该文针对火箭炮行军强度试验路面仿真缺少路面谱的问题,提出基于分级功率谱面积的行军强度2 级、3 级试验路面与国家标准A级至H级路面等效的方法.首先利用随机生成法和不平度融合法建立行军强度 2 级、3 级试验路面模型;其次提出分级功率谱面积法,得到 2级、3 级路面在不平度等级下的比例关系;最后获取 2 级、3 级路面等效前与等效后的火箭炮的挂弹板载荷-时间历程,运用多体动力学和有限元法相结合的方法预测并对比挂弹板的疲劳寿命.结果表明:2 级、3 级路面等效前与等效后的挂弹板寿命误差分别为 3.17%和 8.17%,利用分级功率谱面积法能较好地评价路面不平度,是对现有路面等级评定方式的补充.

Abstract

In view of the lack of road spectrum in the simulation of rocket launcher marching strength test road surface,this paper puts forward a method that the marching strength grade 2 and 3 test pavements based on graded power spectrum area is equivalent to the national standard A to H grade road surface.Firstly,a model of marching strength grade 2 and grade 3 test pavements is established by using random generation method and roughness fusion method,and then a graded power spectrum area method is proposed to obtain the proportional relationship of grade 2 and grade 3 pavements under unevenness grade.Finally,the load-time history of the hanging plate of the rocket launcher before and after equivalent on the second and third grade road surface is obtained,and the fatigue life of the hanging plate is predicted and compared by the combination of multi-body dynamics and finite element method.The results show that the life errors of the equivalent and post-equivalent hanging plates of grade 2 and grade 3 pavements are 3.17%and 8.17%,respectively.The graded power spectrum area method can be used to evaluate the road roughness,which is a supplement to the existing pavement grade evaluation method.
