单板热压后密度模型研究

在不考虑单板在热压过程中的热解等因素的情况下,根据单板热压前后木材质量不变的假设,综合研究了单板压缩率、密度与热压因素和单板初含水率之间的关系,确定单板压缩率与各个主要因素之间的关系方程,建立单板密度变化模型。多因素实验结果表明所建立的密度模型具有一定的准确性,尤其是当热压压力低于5 MPa时,模型预测值与实测值间的误差较小。
Research on the density model of the pressed veneer
The relationships among the compression ratio of veneer, the hot-pressing factors and initial moisture content of veneer were investigated based on the hypothesis that veneer weight will not change before and after hot pressing without considering wood pyrolysis during hot pressing. The relation equation between the compression ratio of veneer and the main factors was determined, and the model of density fluctuations was further established. The result of multiple factors test showed that the veneer density model was exact when the hot-pressing pressure was lower than 5 MPa.
