竹材胶合界面的荧光跟踪法表征

采用甲苯胺蓝荧光染色剂对酚醛树脂胶合的碳化竹材、漂白竹材胶合界面进行染色跟踪.以甲苯胺蓝染色剂浓度和染色时间为变化因素,各取3个水平变量,应用图像分析处理技术,对其进行灰度差异值和光谱背景噪声值的拟合计算.结果表明:碳化竹材的荧光染色效果优于漂白竹材,且均在染色剂质量分数0.5%,染色时间30 min时,达到最优值.同时3D灰度图形表征证实,在此条件下胶黏剂与基材立体方向上灰度值有显著性差异,荧光染色更利于计算胶黏剂平均渗透深度.
Characterization on bamboo bonding interface by fluorescent track
The bonding interfaces of carbonized bamboo and bleached bamboo were stained and located by using toluid-ine blue. Then we optimized the gray value diversity and spectral background noise of interface and conducted the contrast experiments by changing stain concentration and staining time by using image analysis technology. The results showed that toluidine blue staining carbonized bamboo was better than bleached bamboo, and they both got the best parameters at 0. 5 % fluorescent dye and 30 min staining time. It was also confirmed from the 3D gray image that there was a great difference of the gray value diversity from three - dimensional view between adhesive and substrate, and it is more suitable to calculate the average penetration depth of the bonding interface by the fluorescent staining.
