Endogenous Mechanism and Path Optimization of Farmers'Organizational Reengineering:Based on Research Experience in P Village
The degree of organization among farmers significantly affects the level of grassroots governance, and the precondition for rural revitalization is to mobilize farmers'organization.Currently, the construction of farmer organizations relies heavily on external resources and institutional inputs, but with limited results.Through on-site research,it has been found that the endogenous mechanism of farmer organization construction demonstrates a stronger driving force.Under the leadership of returning rural talents,it fosters farmers'sense of community through ceremonial activities and even forms an endogenous rule system. However, the reconstruction of endogenous organization still faces challenges such as a shortage of talent for organizational development, doubts about the sustainability of resource supply, and the need to confirm the effectiveness of endogenous rules. To optimize the mechanism of farmer organization construction and further enhance farmers'enthusiasm for participating in self-governance,while fully activating endogenous motivation,it is possible to strengthen the empowering role of external resources to ensure the long-term effectiveness of farmer organization reconstruction.
