The Agricultural New Quality Productive Forces:Connotations,Development Priorities,Constraints and Policy Recommendations for the Development
Combined with studying the important statements of General Secretary Xi Jinping regarding the development of new quality productive forces,this paper explores the connotations and development requirements of agricultural new quality productive forces,elucidates the significance and strategic priorities of the development of agricultural new quality productive force,and analyzes the constraints faced in the development.This paper proposes that,based on the demand for accelerating the building of China's strength in agriculture and developing agriculture into a modernized large-scale industry,it is necessary to scientifically manage the relationships between agricultural new quality productive forces and agricultural traditional productive forces,lofty ideals and practical actions,a capable government and an efficient market,high-quality development and high-level safety and the specificity of agricultural new quality productive forces and the generality of new quality productive forces.On this basis,the paper puts forward several policy recommendations for the development of agricultural new quality productive forces.These include the implementation of significant projects or plans,enhancement of incentive mechanisms,establishment of special projects for future agriculture,strengthening and innovating the support system for agricultural new quality productive forces,and reinforcing the support for the construction of agricultural and rural infrastructure and public service capabilities.
