Establish a System of Age-friendly Agriculture and Rural Areas
There is a problem in the current policy and research field of"agriculture,rural areas",that is,the policy objectives of"agriculture,rural areas"are not suitable for the vulnerable groups of farmers who need the most opportunities for employment and profit in agriculture and rural areas.Agriculture and rural areas are not only the basic guarantee for the vulnerable groups of farmers who lack urban employment opportunities,especially the middle-aged and elderly farmers in rural areas,but also the last retreat for the failed farmers in the city.In the future,the"three rural"policy should focus on the construction of age-appropriate agriculture,and through the construction of age-appropriate agriculture,the limited profit opportunities of agriculture and rural areas will be left to a large number of vulnerable groups of farmers,especially middle-aged and elderly farmers.Only when the"three rural"policy can solve the problems of the farmers of the most vulnerable groups,can the goal of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way have a foundation.The policy objectives of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"cannot simply be separated from the goal of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,nor should they be benchmarked against the goal of a strong country,but should obey and serve the goal of a strong country.In other words,the policy of agriculture and rural areas should be positive and proactive,rather than negative and passive.
