The Practical Exploration,Realistic Obstruction and Solution of Rural Vocational Education in the New Era to Serve Rural Revitalization
Since the reform and opening up,the rural vocational education in China has enriched its own connotation in terms of implementation organizations,target groups,curriculum content,teaching methods and more.It has effectively integrated theory and practice,resulting in the evolution of rural vocational education's role and the formation of pluralistic developmental modes in adapting to the changing times and fulfilling its value function.In the context of implementing the rural revitalization strategy and advancing Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization,rural vocational education in our country's modern era actively aligns with national decision-making arrangements and the practical requirements of rural development,construction,and governance.It persistently promotes and enhances rural vocational education.The practical investigation of the educational organizational system,content system,and school resource system aims to promote the development of rural vocational education at both the county and village levels.Additionally,it focuses on innovating training models for various talents and skills needed for rural revitalization.This approach maximizes the value of rural vocational education in enhancing rural human resources,rural development,urban-rural integration,and effective rural governance.To address the deficiencies of rural vocational education in promoting rural revitalization,we suggest implementing various measures.These include establishing a comprehensive policy framework to support rural vocational education,defining the specific roles and functions of vocational education in serving rural revitalization,broadening the scope of curriculum content,and enhancing the mechanisms for students'educational pathways.
