On the Mechanism of Development Power,Political Identity and Authority Reconstruction of Basic-level Party Organizations:Case Study on Party Building in G New Village,Laixi City
Industrial revitalization serves as the material foundation for the reinvigoration of rural areas.A precise understanding and analysis of the role played by rural grassroots Party organizations in this industrial revitalization is a critical dimension for comprehending the reconstruction of authority within these organizations in the contemporary era.This scholarly inquiry adopts the case of Party-building initiatives in G Xin Village,Laixi City,to examine the mechanisms of authority reconstruction in rural grassroots Party organizations,aiming to delineate the processual dynamics underlying this reconstruction.The research findings indicate that the Party branch of G Xin Village has enhanced the organizational authority of rural grassroots Party organizations through a mechanism of cross-village spatial resource optimization and integration.Furthermore,by innovating the rural composite organizational structure,the development authority of these organizations has been actualized.The multi-subject governance and construction mechanism at the village level has augmented the service-oriented role of rural grassroots party organizations.Ultimately,the institutional authority of these organizations has been organically integrated into the economic life of the village,utilized in daily industrial practices,and has fostered political identification among villagers with the rural grassroots Party organizations,thereby effecting the reconstruction of authority within these institutions.
