摘要

杜仲作为一种药食同源植物,含有木脂素类、环烯醚萜类、苯丙素类、黄酮类及多糖等100余种活性成分,具有强筋健骨,降血压、血脂、血糖以及抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化和保肝护肾等多种药理作用.近些年,随着绿色养殖业的发展,逐渐应用到水产养殖动物中并发现多种有益效果.本文综述了杜仲皮和叶的主要营养成分、生物活性成分和生物学功能,及其添加在不同水产养殖品种饲料中促进生长、改善肉质、糖脂代谢能力以及提高机体抗氧化和免疫功能等应用研究进展,探讨了杜仲作为水产饲料原料以及添加剂的可行性,分析了其在实际应用过程中存在的问题及挑战,以期为进一步促进杜仲在动物生产中的研究提供依据.

Abstract

As a medicinal and edible plant,Eucommia ulmoides(EU)contains more than one hundred kinds of active ingredients such as lignans,iridoids,phenylpropanoids,flavonoids and polysaccharides,etc,which have various pharmacological effects as strengthening muscles and bones,lowering blood pressure,blood lipids and blood sugar,as well as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and liver protection.In recent years,with the development of green aquaculture industry,EU has been gradually applied to aquatic animals and has various effects.Therefore,this paper reviewed the main nutrients,bioactive components and biological functions of the EU bark and leaves,as well as the progress of its application in the feeds of different aquaculture species regarding growth,flesh quality,glycolipid metabolism,and antioxidant and immune functions,explored the feasibility of using EU as ingredient and additive in aquafeeds,and analysed the problems and challenges in the process of its practical application,aiming to provide a basis for further promoting the research of EU in animal production.
