This article discusses the current research status and development trends of block-chain technology in the metaverse.Firstly,the concepts and current development status of metaverse and blockchain technology are introduced.Then,it focuses on exploring the re-search status of blockchain technology in solving application scenarios such as secure storage,resource management,identity management,interoperability,and fair transactions in the metaverse.Finally,the development trends of blockchain technology in the metaverse are dis-cussed from three perspectives:privacy protection,interoperability,and governance systems.By reviewing the research status and challenges faced by blockchain technology in the meta-verse,it provides reference for future research.
