Taking an electroactive polymer film actuator as the research object,the Ogden ma-terial model is used to numerically calculate the actuator.The strain,thickness and critical electric field strength of the film under the deformation state are analyzed by controlling the change of external force.The effect of pre-stretching on the electromechanical stability of the film was studied.The results show that the increase of external force will significantly increase the radial strain of each point in the film,reduce the film thickness,and change the distribu-tion of critical electric field strength.The increase of the pre-stretch degree of the film will also increase the critical electric field strength of the film,which will enhance the electromechanical stability of the film.
