Comparison of Acaricidal Activities of 5 Kinds of Insecticides to Tetranychus cinnabarinus and Screening of Synergistic Mixture
In order to screen insecticides with high acaricidal activity, the toxicities of 5 kinds of insecticides, including spirotetramat to Tetranychus cinnabarinus, were measured and com-pared by the leaf-dipping immersion method, and a synergistic mixture with better control effect was screened in pairs. The results showed that using the commonly used acaricide pyridaben as the standard insecticide, the toxicities of four insecticides, including spirotetramat,to Tetranychus cinnabarinus at 24 and 48 hours were higher than that of pyridaben, among which, the toxicity of etoxazole was the highest, that of spinosyn was the second, and the third and forth were spirotetramat and bifenazate, respectively. In the screening experiments of different combinations of synergistic agents, the co-toxicity coefficients of the mixed comple-xes of spirotetramat and etoxazole(3.2∶1 and 1∶1.25)were 359.33 and 419.98,respective-ly,and that of the mixed complexes of pyridaben and bifenazate(5.6∶1)was 221.98.The co-toxicity coefficients of the mixed complexes of spinosyn and etoxazole(4.8∶1)was 550.90,indicating the most significant synergistic effect.Compared to single agents, all four mixed combina-tions had significant synergistic effects and had certain development and application prospects.
