中国数字技术创新时空演变格局及其影响因素

基于我国30个省份2011-2020年的面板数据,从创新投入、产出、环境三个维度构建数字技术创新综合评价指标体系,采用熵值法、自然断裂法剖析数字技术创新的时空演进格局,运用灰色关联度模型、双向固定效应模型探查其影响因素.结果表明:(1)我国数字技术创新整体呈显著上升趋势,四大地区发展水平从高到低依次为东部、中部、东北、西部,增长幅度依次为中部、西部、东部、东北;(2)数字技术创新省际差距明显,广东、江苏、北京处于领先行列,安徽、江西、河南处于追赶前列,甘肃、海南、宁夏、青海处于落后行列;(3)财力、人才投入,经济、知识、业务产出,开放、经济、文化环境表现为不同程度的正向作用,而企业环境与基础设施投入表现为不显著的抑制作用.据此提出推动我国数字技术创新发展的对策建议.
The spatial-temporal evolution pattern and influencing factors of China's digital technology innovation
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces from 2011 to 2020,a comprehensive evaluation index system of digital technology innovation is constructed from the three dimensions of innovation input,output and environment.Entropy method and natural fracture method are used to analyze the temporal and spatial evolution pattern of digital technology innovation.Grey relational model and bidirectional fixed effect model are adopted to probe the influencing factors.The results show that:(1)The digital technology innovation level of our country shows a significantly increasing trend.The four regions in order of de-scending development level are the eastern,central,northeast and west region,and the growth rate in descending order of the four is the central,western,eastern and northeast region;(2)There is a significant inter-provincial gap in the level of digital technology innovation,with Guangdong,Jiangsu and Beijing taking the lead,and Anhui,Jiangxi and Henan coming up the next,and Gansu,Hainan,Ningxia and Qinghai lagging behind;(3)The input of financial resource and talent,the output of e-conomy,knowledge and business,the environment of opening up policy,economy and culture exert a positive influence to vari-ous degrees,while entrepreneurial environment and infrastructure input inflict an insignificant inhibitory effects.Based on these findings,some suggestions were put forth to promote the development of digital technology innovation.
