摘要
清代车王府曲本所收录公案侠义鼓词从语料、民俗文化、话语等层面,为同名公案侠义小说的创作提供了坚实、宽广的基础.创作者及整理者们将公案侠义鼓词再创为公案侠义小说的最基本原因,就在于此种题材的小说可用自己独特的内容及主旨解决当时民众在现实中无法实现的部分诉求,并满足受众的审美需要和期待.
Abstract
The lyrics of guci for complicated legal cases of chivalry in Operas Collected in Che Khan's Mansion in the Qing Dynasty can be found.The inclusion provided a solid and broad creative foundation for the novels regarding complicated legal cases of chivalry from the perspectives of language,folklore,and discourse.The authors and compilers transformed the lyrics into the basic source for the creation of the novels regarding complicated legal cases of chivalry.The reason for the trans-formation is that this genre of fiction could address the needs of the people that could not be realized in reality,and satisfy the aesthetic needs and expectations of the audience.
