大学生负面评价恐惧、外貌焦虑与限制性饮食的关系研究

摘要
为了探究大学生负面评价恐惧、外貌焦虑与限制性饮食的关系,以某高校826名学生为研究对象,采用简明负面评价恐惧量表、社交外表焦虑量表、限制性饮食量表组成的问卷对其进行施测.研究结果表明:(1)该被试群体的负面评价恐惧、外貌焦虑与限制性饮食两两之间均存在显著正相关.(2)该被试群体负面评价恐惧可以正向预测外貌焦虑、限制性饮食,且外貌焦虑可以正向预测限制性饮食.(3)在负面评价恐惧和限制性饮食之间,外貌焦虑起部分中介作用.
Abstract
In order to explore the relationship of fear of negative evaluation,appearance anxiety and restrained eating a-mong college students,826 students from university X were taken as the research subjects by means of a questionnaire consis-ting of BFNES-S,SAAS,DEBQ-R.It is found that:(1)There was a significantly positive correlation between fear of negative evaluation,appearance anxiety and restrained eating of the subject group.(2)Fear of negative evaluation of the subject group can positively predict appearance anxiety and restrained eating,and apperance anxiety can positively predict restrained eating.(3)Appearance anxiety plays a partialyl intermediary role between fear of negative evaluation and restrained eating.
