The coupling and coordination relationship between digital rural construction and high-quality agricultural development
Based on the panel data of 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central gov-ernment in China from 2011 to 2022,this study uses the entropy method to measure the level of digital rural construction and high-quality agricultural development,the coupling coordination degree,relative development degree and obstacle degree models were used to calculate and analyze the coupling and coordination relationship and obstacle factors between digital village con-struction and high-quality agricultural development.The results showed that:(1)The level of digital village construction and high-quality agricultural development is increasing year by year,and the development speed of digital village is significantly fas-ter than that of high-quality agricultural development,but the current level of digital village construction is significantly lower than that of high-quality agricultural development,and both of them show a trend of high in the east and low in the west.(2)The coupling coordination degree and relative development degree show an upward trend,but the overall level is low and there is significant spatial heterogeneity,and the number of provinces and cities with lagging digital village construction and synchro-nous development is decreasing,and the lag type of high-quality agricultural development is gradually increasing.(3)Smart phone penetration rate,the proportion of postal administrative villages,postal and telecommunication business volume,capital productivity,land productivity and urban-rural income gap are the main obstacle factors affecting the coordinated development of the two.
