For the dynamic multi-attribute decision making problems of which the attribute weight information is com-pletely known and the attribute value information is disturbing fuzzy numbers,a VIKOR-based decision making method is pro-posed.This method not only considers the difference degree and increase degree of each alternative,but also considers the deci-sion-making attitude of decision makers,and at the same time sets the preference coefficient so as to consider the different pref-erences of decision makers for the difference degree and increase degree.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the practica-bility and feasibility of the method,and sensitivity analysis is carried out to illustrate the influence of different parameters on the decision results.
