氯丙咪嗪联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗早泄疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察氯丙咪嗪联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗早泄的疗效.方法:将405例早泄患者分为治疗组(205例)和对照组(200例),两组患者均服用氯丙咪嗪,治疗组同时服用复方玄驹胶囊.治疗4周后比较两组患者早泄的治疗效果.结果:治疗4周后治疗组患者早泄的治愈率和改善率分别为21.9%和56%,均显著优于对照组(均P＝0.002).结论:氯丙咪嗪联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗早泄有明显疗效.
Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of clomipramine combined with compound Xuanju capsule on treatment of the premature ejaculation.Methods: Four hundred and five patients with premature ejaculation were divided into treatment group (n= 205 ) and control group (n= 200), both were treated by clomipramine but the treatment group was given the compound Xuanju capsule in addition.After 4 weeks, comparisons were made of the sexual satisfaction between the two groups.Results: The cure rate and the improvement rate of premature ejacutalion were 21.9％ and 56％ respectively in the treatment group, significantly higher than in the control group (all P= 0.002).Conclusion:Clomipramine associated compound Xuanju capsule is efective to treat the patients with premature ejaculation.
