Quantitative evaluation of occupational disease prevention and control policies in China based on PMC index model
Objective:To analyze the current policy environment for the prevention and control of occupational diseases in China and to provide a basis and suggestions for the formulation and improvement of decisions on the prevention and control of occupational diseases.Methods:The occupational disease-related policies issued at the national level in China were collected,the high-frequency words in the policy texts using text mining methods were selected,combined with literature review and expert interviews to form evaluation entries,and a policy modeling consistency(PMC)index model to quantitatively evaluate occupational disease-related policies in China was con-structed.Results:A total of 9 policies related to occupational disease prevention and control were collected,inclu-ding 7 good policies and 2 pass policies,and the average PMC index was 6.76;the policy with the highest score was the Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases(2018 Amend-ment),and the policy with the lowest score was the Measures for the Administration of Diagnosis and Identification of Occupational Diseases(2021).Conclusion:In our country,occupational disease prevention is scientific,rea-sonable.Some policies should be timely adjusted according to the changes of national conditions,so as to promote the further development of occupational disease prevention.
